Users and customers of Services provided by cp.cloudhostnetwork.com must accept the terms and conditions of business set out below.

By using Our products/services, You agree to be bound by our policies as described herein and in our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without giving notice. You accept responsibility for checking and familiarizing Yourself with the current Terms of Service. If You do not comply with the current Terms of Service, Your service will be terminated.

We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has been registered.

The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; ICANN in the case of .COM/NET/ORG and Nominet in the case of domain names ending with .UK you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.

We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.

We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us. All charges payable by you for the Services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates published from time to time by us on our website and shall be due and payable in advance of our service provision.

Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under this Agreement, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, we shall be entitled forthwith to suspend the provision of Services to you.

You shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified and hold us harmless from and against any breach by you of these terms of business and any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from the provision of Services by us to you and your use of the Services.

If you fail to pay any sums due to us as they become due, we may suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement forthwith without notice to you.

If you break any of these terms and conditions and you fail to correct the breach within seven (7) days following written notice from us specifying the breach, we may terminate this Agreement forthwith.

If you are a and you go into insolvent liquidation or suffer the appointment of an administrator or administrative receiver or enter into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors, we shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith.

On termination of this Agreement or suspension of the Services we shall be entitled immediately to block your Web Site and to remove all data located on it. We shall be entitled to delete all such data but we may, at our discretion, hold such data for such period as we may decide to allow you to collect it at your expense, subject to payment in full of any amounts withstanding and payable to us.

PAYMENT POLICY

30 Day Money Back Period

We provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all Cheap Web Hosting and Advance Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:

• Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups). *Refunds are applicable to the initial purchase period and do not include renewals.
• Refunds exclude setup fee.
• Refunds do not include cost of additional services purchased such as domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses (such as LiteSpeed for VPS).
• A written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 31 days of cancellation.
• Refunds are sent within 31 days of receiving the written refund request.
• Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.
• Credit added by us is non refundable and can be used against future services.
• Added Funds are non refundable and can not be withdrawn. All fees are final.

Domain Registrations / Renewals

All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions. In the rare event your domain has a mis-spelling, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can attempt to correct it.

Refund Rule for VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server

• We do not offer any refunds on VPS and Dedicated Server

 

Late Invoices

Very Very Important Notice

All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE to avoid account suspension. Accounts not paid by the due date have a 15 day grace period before account is terminated. The Account will be Suspended 1 day(s) after due date. These invoices are subjected to a 8% plus the bank of England’s base rate late fee after 2 days that must be paid to reactivate the account. We will make every attempt possible to contact you 24 hours prior to account termination. Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.

Promotional Pricing

Many of our web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting packages are discounted for first-time customers. All packages will renew at the regular rate. For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months). Phishing / Virus Sites

If there is a phishing attack on your website, we will suspend or delete your website , So it is recommended not to upload phishing sites on the server and do not use any kind of nulled scripts, plugins, themes for the website, then these can lead to phishing attacks. We do not allow phishing sites on our servers, so refrain from using such websites.And if your website is repeatedly attacked by phishing or infected with a virus, no refunds will be given and your account will be deleted. ( In case of excessive phishing and virus attacks from your website, we will delete the account without any warning as you may cause problems to other customers.)

Internet Abuse

You may not engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behaviour, including: a)Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures (including those belonging to Cloud Host Network and its customers) without express authorization of the owner of the system or network; b) monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without the authorization of the owner of the system or network; c) Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; d) Use of an Internet account or computer without the owner’s authorization, including, but not limited to Internet scanning (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning, and port scanning; e) Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or a newsgroup posting; or f) Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against the Cloud Host Network network. g) Use of Cloud Host Network’s network in a way that unreasonably interferes with Cloud Host Network’s other customers use of the network
